Delivery times typically range from 1 to 7 working days.
Once your order is placed, our distribution centre will contact you via phone or email to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Delivery Details:
All Timbosite products are delivered kerbside (outside your property). This cannot be altered.
Standard deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the agreed date.
An AM/PM-specific delivery service may be available at an additional cost.
Please inform us of any access restrictions, such as limitations on large vehicle entry.
You must be present to receive your delivery, as a signature is required.
Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, we will reschedule. However, additional costs may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return a product, whether purchased online or directly from our distribution centre, you must complete our returns form.
Return Conditions:
You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the day after delivery.
Returns must be made at your own cost, with products in their original, unused, and undamaged condition (no breakages, scratches, marks, or signs of use).
While in your possession, you are responsible for the care of the goods until they reach us.
To process a return, complete the returns form and attach the returns label clearly to the package.
