Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Typical delivery times range from 1 to 7 working days.
Once your order has been placed, our distribution team will contact you via phone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery Details:
- All Timbosite products are delivered kerbside (outside your property). This cannot be altered.
- Standard deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on your agreed date.
- An AM/PM-specific delivery option may be available at an additional cost.
- Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as limited vehicle access.
- A signature is required upon delivery, so someone must be present to receive the order.
Missed Deliveries:
If you are unavailable at the agreed time, we will be happy to reschedule your delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product, whether purchased online or directly from our warehouse, please complete our returns form to begin the process.
Return Conditions:
- You may return goods within 14 days from the day after delivery.
- Returns must be made at your own cost.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition (free from breakages, scratches, marks, or signs of use).
- You are responsible for the safe care of the goods while they are in your possession.
- Please ensure the returns form is completed and the returns label is clearly attached to your package.

Refund Policy:
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Delivery charges and payment processing fees (e.g. credit card fees) are non-refundable.
- Customised or bespoke orders cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned items.
- If returned items are not in their original condition, they will be held at our premises for 7 days for collection. If uncollected, they may be disposed of.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Important:
- Any faults must be reported at the time of delivery.
- All returned items may be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for your purchase.
